Bishops Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday I took the girls out to Bishops Pumpkin Patch, we go every year and have a blast just the 4 of us normally. The girls love it out there and so do I, great photo opps. :) We rode the train, fed the animals, and picked out a perfect pumpkin....an all white one this year.  Something a little different.

Emily's 8th birthday..

Emily turned 8 on October 15th, 2011,  hard to believe.  I can remember like it was yesterday when she was born down to every detail.. She is a sassy, spunky, full of energy and then some child but I wouldn't want her any other way, means she is a healthy "normal" child lol.

Emily requested to have a very small get together with her family and best friend Lena.  So we did just that. Lena came over and the girls (all 5 of them-Hannah, Emily, Natalie, Lena & Genna) and well the dogs went crazy too. haha  We had pizza, cake and ice cream and the girls played house, dressup, board games, etc. until Lena's mom came and got her at 7pm. Emily was worn down by then but gave me a HUGE hug and said "I had the bestest birthday ever mommy, thank you"  That made me a very happy mommy :)

Parent/teacher conference

Today we had Hannahs parent/teacher conference. This was the first time we met her teacher also. Hannah keeps saying her teacher is strict. Lol The meeting went really well and Hannah is progressing well and at her own pace still. Her teacher said she does much much better in math than reading. She also said Hannah has great classroom behavior and is kind to all the other kids.

Today Hannah won this award at school for getting a high score on her math test. She scored a 97% all by herself. She was proud.

Way to go Hannah...keep up the great work!!!

Parent/teacher conference

Little of this and a little of that...

Been a little while since I have posted.. just kinda got busy and have had appointment after appointment. Between doctor appt for me and the girls, and court dates. Just been busy. But today starts our first day of vacation. Whoo hoo. We really aren't going anywhere.. but just being away from work is a vacation. Lol

We have a new baby puppy and she is sooo creaking cute. She is a black Pug.  We are done with fur babies.. well all babies for that matter. She is only 9 weeks old..

I can't believe its almost Halloween.. girls are excited. Not sure what they are going to be for halloween. I have to work as usual but hoping to maybe do halloween early. Like we normally do.

Well I don't have much more to post.. just relaxing and loving the rainy weather.
