{Girls update}

Girls are doing good.  Today all three had a eye exam and the eye doctor determined that Hannah and Emily need glasses.  Natalie is ok so far .. Hannah has to wear hers for reading only at home and at school.  Emily on the other hand has to wear hers ALL the time.  She has been squinting and having a hard time reading and seeing at school and her teacher will not move her closer to the front of the class because he says he has kids up there that wear glasses and cant see,  So now maybe he will move her closer to the front now that she has to be in glasses all the time. I had no idea her eyes were that bad and I am glad we caught them now so she can see better in class and see to read better. Poor kid. So they were excited to pick out their frames today.  They are not to sure about having to wear them but they will get used to them. :)

Best Valentines Day Ever..

My previous post was about Valentines Day and how Steve was going to his fire class and it was about give and take and I was ok with that.  Well come to find out that he had planned a trip for us to go out of town and it was all a surprise.  He planned for my Dad and Stepmom to have the girls overnight and we went to Bodega Bay and stayed the night in a gorgeous hotel .. with ocean front view.

We left my Dads and I had only planned to have lunch with Steve and come back and get the girls and then he would go to class. Well halfway through lunch he out of the blue says I am not going to class tonight, we are going out of town for the night.  I said what about the girls and he said they are taken care of, your dad and anna will keep them. So I was pretty shocked and happy.  So we came home got our clothes and headed out of town.  We got our hotel room and by then it was raining and dark outside. So we started a fire in the fireplace in our room and we were relaxing ... This was a great room with a huge slider door with ocean views, we woke up to ocean views and it was gorgeous.

This is the day 2-14-12 that Steve asked me to be his wife.  Of course I said yes!  We have been through a lot in the almost 4 years we have been together. But that has only made our love stronger. Through the ups and downs we have grown more and more together and I cannot wait to be his wife.  :)

Was one of the best days of my life :)
