{Shredd'n it}

Yes ..Yes.. It is time for me to get back on the weight loss track again.  I have slipped and gained about 15 pounds and that is not making me happy.  So I have started the dreaded 4 letter word D-I-E-T. UGH!  I hate dieting and eating right.  lol  I wish I could just eat whatever I wanted when I wanted like some of these women that are soooo skinny and eat all the time. BUT no such luck.  I really have to be careful on what I eat and drink or I will gain.  :(

So I have started the low carb diet and I have found that I LOVE the butterball turkey burgers OMG they are soooo good on the George Foreman grill. SO my favorite with some spinach.  I love cooking all my meat on my new Foreman grill.  It was the best investment EVER.  If you don't have one I suggest investing in one.  Sooo worth it.  Takes all the fat out of your food and doesn't make it all dried out like when it is baked.  I have made a goal to drink at least 64 or more oz of water and I am proud to say I have made that goal every day the last week and I have spent A LOT of time in the restroom.. lol I have also quit drinking soda AGAIN.  I was having a soda once in awhile when we would go out to eat and that has stopped SO I hope to see the numbers going down on the scale SOON.

With our wedding coming sometime soon I really need to get fit and feel good about myself before the wedding so on my wedding day I am happy and content and not self conscience.  :)  So I have started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout and I know this workout kicks butt because I did it before and seen great results.

Soooo here is to losing weight and feeling great!! :)
